New Stuff:

  • Madness Mode
    • Unlocked by completing all levels on normal mode
      • Also unlocks if all parts unlocked (for previous players)
    • Each level has a time limit, and enemies are a bit more aggressive
    • Enemies now move twice as fast and tanks now shoot twice as fast
    • Madness Mode can be unlocked early with the konami code (excluding "start")
    • 5 faster tracks unique to Madness Mode
  • Casual Mode
    • Checkpoints
      • Death returns you to the last touched checkpoint
      • Return to your checkpoint by pressing the checkpoint button in the top right / pressing "Q" on keyboard
    • All power-ups last +2 seconds longer
  • Switches are now color-coded to make it easier to see which button unlocks which blocks
  • Added a retry button to quick-restart (click "R" on keyboard)
  • New main menu screen! Can be changed to a simplified theme in settings if wanted
  • Added a button to reset game data
  • Overhauled mobile controls: controls can be scaled and placed anywhere within the screen space (sometimes kinda buggy)
  • Many UI enhancements, including overhauled main menu!
  • Lots of new music, total of 10 tracks in levels, as well as a few extras for certain things like main menu and endings
  • Added indicators to show missing levels and missing endings
  • Many level adjustments
  • Many art adjustments
  • Adjusted locations of some parts
  • Many, many bug fixes
